Bugfix/balance update


Small bugfix/balance update. 

-There's now a hard limit to the number of times in a row the fighter enemies can be launched, after that limit they will be invincible until they hit the ground and get back up. You can try to keep spamming the launcher, but eventually you're gonna get hit.

-There was a bug where the sword fighter enemy would be invincible after getting up from a hard knockdown, due to an improperly set flag. It's fixed now.

-Collision issues with enemies getting stuck in the walls upon being launched have plagued me all throughout this project, and still persist. I've tweaked hurtboxes just a little more so it should happen just a bit less often.
